Behind the scenes
Leading up to the BIG move came with it many many long discussions, should we or shouldn’t we? Howwwww on earth will we move everything from large built in fish tanks to birds, lets not even talk about all the stock. We spent hours debating where to put shelves and stock, then decor as a new shop meant a new beginning and that needs some new decor.
In the new shop hard work started with moving walls, removing walls, painting, hanging plants and decor.
The big move
Running a shop and packing up around clients was tricky, but with our amazing staff and the best moving company in town _______kyle — we did it. I honestly thought the move was going to be the hard part…nope it was the unpacking! We had planned where we wanted shelves and different areas to be. Unpacking took longer than expected but our loyal clients still came in and waited while we searched for products, but we got there in the end.
Settled into our New Shop
Fast forward to today and we have moved the shelves to best suit our pets and layout of the products. Its hard to believe that the space we are in is nearly the same square footage of our previous shop, its mostly all 1 level and less walls.
We recently converted the mezzanine upstairs to be able to host events, such as Min entrepreneurs, snake & reptile shows and much more.
